What you will see
- A patient's record holds consultations, vaccinations, prescriptions, lab results and hospital stays.
- In the client portal, an owner sees the vaccinations, health plan and invoices of each pet.
About 4 minutes. There is no sign-up. The system asks you to choose a user. If it opens as another user, press Switch user first.
What to try

Open patient record
- In Oakfield Veterinary, choose Tom Iqbal, the vet.
- Open Clients and patients, then Biscuit.
Result The Patient record shows the dog's details, with sections for Consultations, Vaccinations, Prescriptions and dispensing, Lab and diagnostics and Hospitalisation.

Open client portal
- Press Switch user and choose James Hartley, a client.
Result The client portal lists his three pets with their vaccination status, his health plan and his invoices.
These are the live systems. Other visitors can see what you record.
What this shows about Technology DNA
- The vet and the client read the same records. The client sees only his own animals.
