Amira Khan keeps her address on her own record and shares it with four businesses. Each business reads the same record. None of them can change it. This is native interoperability: four separate systems read one record, with no copies and no integration work.

  2. The vet's system refuses a change to her address.

About 4 minutes. There is no sign-up. Each system asks you to choose a user. If a system opens as another user, press Switch user first.

What to try

  1. Try to change her address in Oakfield Veterinary

    1. In Oakfield Veterinary, choose Tom Iqbal.
    2. Open Clients and patients. Under Amira Khan, press View client details.
    3. Press Edit, type a new address in Address and press Save changes.

    Result The system refuses the change: Only Amira Khan can change this. Her address does not change.

  2. Find her in Meadow Lane Motors

    1. In Meadow Lane Motors, choose Claire Watts.
    2. Open Customers, then Amira Khan.

    Result Her address is there with Owned by Amira Khan. Shared with this business. and Only Amira Khan can change this. There is no control to change it.

  3. Find her in Greenfields Convenience

    1. In Greenfields Convenience, choose Sam Carter.
    2. Open Settings and find Customers.

    Result The same address is there, with the same line.

  4. Find her in Riverside Physiotherapy

    1. In Riverside Physiotherapy, choose James Okoro.
    2. Open Patients, then Amira Khan.

    Result The same address is there, with the same line.
