The Client

Crownhill Gardens is one of the UK's leading premium outdoor furniture retailers, operating a 15,000 sq ft showroom at the Warmerdam centre in Crews Hill, Enfield. They stock over 70 furniture sets from brands like Nova Outdoor Living, Bramblecrest, and Leisuregrow, alongside aluminium pergola systems, hot tubs, and BBQs. Open seven days a week, with over 10,000 customers and consistently strong reviews. The business had well-structured spreadsheets with formulas handling pricing, stock, and order tracking, but as the operation grew, they needed a single connected system where an order, its customer, its products, its delivery, and its documents all lived in one place.

How It Works

A customer walks in. Staff find or create the customer, search the catalogue, build an order, and the system calculates everything automatically. Invoices and quotes are generated from the order in one click. Deliveries are scheduled and allocated to drivers. Pergola installations are tracked with compliance documents.
